This is a re-upload, the other deviation has been deleted
I am reuploading this to clear out the messages, to clear out the old art completely, to get allen off of my front page because i'm tired of looking at that picture and because I like the improved version of this. I have gone back and improved parts of this deviation, namely the color, tinting, brightness, the highlights and the face. Just like last time, this is Rip Van Winkle of Hellsing dressed up in my character Mystic's clothes.
